2適用範囲

本ポリシーは、以下のサービス（以下「本サービス」）に適用されます。

• ウェブサイト dofsoft.com
• モバイルアプリ Sports Timer
• モバイルアプリ ぐるぐる景品ルーレット（Spin & Win Roulette）
• モバイルアプリ Umpire Counter（com.tkyngames.UmpireCounter）
• モバイルアプリ シンクロチェッカー（com.dofsoft.synccheck）
• 上記のほか、DoF Soft が今後提供するアプリ・サービス

本サービスは、第三者が運営するサービス（配信ストア、広告、解析など）を利用しています。第三者のサービスにおける個人情報の取り扱いは、各第三者のプライバシーポリシーに従います（第7項参照）。

3ウェブサイトにおける取り扱い

ウェブサイト dofsoft.com には入力フォームを設置しておらず、閲覧のみで氏名・連絡先等の個人情報を取得することはありません。

アクセスログ

サーバの運用上、アクセス日時・IP アドレス・リファラ・ユーザーエージェント等が一時的に記録される場合があります。これらはサーバの保守および不正アクセスの防止の目的にのみ利用します。

Cookie・アクセス解析

本ウェブサイトは、Cookie を使用したアクセス解析を行っておらず、広告・解析を目的とした第三者の Cookie も使用していません。

お問い合わせ

お問い合わせは、利用者ご自身のメールソフトから takayanagi@dofsoft.com 宛に送信いただく形式です。いただいたメールに含まれる氏名・メールアドレス・本文は、お問い合わせへの対応および必要な連絡の目的にのみ利用し、対応完了後は合理的な期間の経過後に削除します。

4アプリにおける取り扱い（共通）

4-1. 端末内に保持され、当方が取得しない情報

アプリの利用にあたり入力・設定いただく情報（タイマー設定、ルーレットの項目、登録した景品情報、ボール・ストライク等のカウントなど）は、原則としてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、DoF Soft のサーバに送信・収集されることはありません。

「ぐるぐる景品ルーレット」で各景品に添付できる写真は、端末内にのみ保存され、当方またはいかなるサーバにもアップロードされません。

4-2. 広告配信（Google AdMob）

本アプリは広告により運営されており、Google の広告サービス AdMob を利用しています。広告配信・不正防止・効果測定のため、AdMob をはじめとする広告関連の第三者が次の情報を取得することがあります。

• 広告識別子（Android 広告 ID / Advertising ID）
• デバイス ID（Android ID）
• IP アドレス、端末の種類・OS バージョン等の端末情報
• 推定位置情報（IP アドレス・ネットワーク情報等に基づくおおよその位置情報）
• 広告の表示・操作履歴などの利用状況

これらの情報は通信時に暗号化されて送信されます。当方がこれらの情報から利用者個人を特定することはなく、上記の広告配信の目的以外で第三者に提供・共有することもありません。パーソナライズド広告は、Android 端末の【設定】→【プライバシー】→【広告】から、広告 ID の削除やパーソナライズの無効化により停止できます。詳細は Google のポリシー（第7項）をご確認ください。

4-3. クラッシュ・診断情報

当方は、独立したクラッシュ解析ツール（Firebase Crashlytics 等）をアプリに組み込んでいません。ただし、Android OS および Google Play の標準機能により、アプリが異常終了（クラッシュ）または応答停止（ANR）した際の技術情報（端末の種類、OS バージョン、発生時のアプリの状態など）が、診断情報の共有に同意した利用者の端末から Google に送信され、Google Play Console 上で集計された形で当方が確認できる場合があります。これらは不具合の特定・修正および品質向上の目的にのみ利用します。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシー（第7項）をご確認ください。

4-4. アクセス解析

当方は、利用状況の解析ツール（Firebase Analytics、Google アナリティクス等）をアプリに組み込んでいません。

5アプリにおける取り扱い（個別）

Sports Timer

• 広告（AdMob）を表示します。
• ゲームエンジン Unity を使用しており、Unity の機能・広告に伴って端末識別子等が Unity Technologies によって取得される場合があります。

ぐるぐる景品ルーレット（Spin & Win Roulette）

• 広告（AdMob）を表示します。
• 広告を非表示にする有料のアプリ内課金を提供しています。決済は Google Play 課金 によって処理され、DoF Soft がクレジットカード番号等の支払い情報を取得・保持することはありません。
• 景品に添付した写真は端末内にのみ保存されます（4-1 参照）。

Umpire Counter

• 野球・ソフトボールの審判向けに、ボール・ストライク・アウト・得点のカウントを表示・操作するアプリです。入力したカウント等は端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバへ送信されません。
• 広告（AdMob）を表示します。
• アプリ内課金はありません。

シンクロチェッカー

• ダンス・チアリーディング・よさこいなど、複数人で動きを合わせる練習をするチーム向けに、撮影または取り込んだ動画から動きのばらつきを解析し「同期スコア」を算出するアプリです。
• 演目の撮影のためカメラ、撮影時の音声記録のためマイク、端末内の既存動画を取り込むため写真・動画ライブラリへのアクセスの権限を使用します。これらはアプリ内の機能提供のためにのみ使用し、取得した映像・音声を外部に送信することはありません。
• 撮影・取り込んだ動画、解析結果、演目のタイトルや日時等は端末内にのみ保存されます（4-1 参照）。演目を削除すると、対応する動画・解析結果は端末から完全に削除されます。
• 動作に必要な骨格推定 AI モデル（TensorFlow.js / MoveNet）を、初回起動時にインターネット経由でダウンロードします。これは汎用的な機械学習モデルファイルであり、利用者を特定する情報を含みません。これ以外に本アプリが外部サーバーと通信することはありません。
• 広告（AdMob）を表示します。
• アプリ内課金はありません。

6第三者への提供・委託

当方は、次の場合を除き、取得した個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

• ご本人の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合
• 人の生命・身体・財産の保護に必要で、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合

本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、第4項・第5項に記載した第三者（広告・解析・配信・決済の各事業者）に処理を委託します。委託先は、委託の目的の範囲でのみ情報を取り扱う義務を負います。

8データの保存期間と削除・開示の請求

当方は、本サービスの利用に関連する個人情報を自社サーバに保持していません。第三者（広告・解析等）が保持する情報の保存期間は、各第三者のポリシーによります。

ご自身に関する情報の利用停止・削除・開示等をご希望の場合は、takayanagi@dofsoft.com までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い、当方が対応可能な範囲で速やかに対応します。アプリ内に保存されたデータは、アプリの削除（アンインストール）または端末の設定から消去できます。

9安全管理措置

当方は、取り扱う情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損の防止その他の安全管理のために、合理的な措置を講じます。ただし、インターネットを通じた送信および電子的な保存について、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。

10子どものプライバシー

本サービスは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。当方は、13 歳未満の子どもから個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。13 歳未満の子どもから個人情報を取得していたことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。お心当たりのある保護者の方は takayanagi@dofsoft.com までご連絡ください。

1Who we are

The person responsible for managing personal information is the representative, Wataru Takayanagi.

2Scope

This Policy applies to the following services (the “Services”):

• The website dofsoft.com
• The mobile app Sports Timer
• The mobile app Spin & Win Roulette (ぐるぐる景品ルーレット)
• The mobile app Umpire Counter (com.tkyngames.UmpireCounter)
• The mobile app Sync Checker (シンクロチェッカー, com.dofsoft.synccheck)
• Other apps and services published by DoF Soft

The Services rely on third-party services (app stores, advertising, analytics). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies (see Section 7).

3The website

The website dofsoft.com has no input forms and does not collect names, contact details or other personal information from visitors who only browse it.

Server logs

For operational purposes, the server may temporarily record access date/time, IP address, referrer and user-agent. This data is used only for maintenance and to prevent unauthorized access.

Cookies & analytics

The website does not use cookies for analytics, and does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Contact

Enquiries are sent by the user’s own email client to takayanagi@dofsoft.com. The name, email address and message content are used only to respond and to carry out any necessary follow-up, and are deleted after a reasonable period once the matter is resolved.

4The apps — common

4-1. Information kept on your device (not collected by us)

Information you enter or configure in an app (timer settings, roulette entries, registered prize details, etc.) is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to or collected by DoF Soft’s servers.

Photos you attach to prizes in Spin & Win Roulette are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to us or any server. Ball/strike/out counts in Umpire Counter are likewise stored only on your device.

4-2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The apps are ad-supported and use Google’s advertising service AdMob. To serve ads, prevent fraud and measure performance, AdMob and other advertising third parties may collect:

• Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID)
• Device ID (Android ID)
• IP address and device information such as device type and OS version
• Approximate location, derived from IP address / network information
• Usage data such as ad impressions and interactions

This information is encrypted in transit. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not share or provide it to third parties beyond the advertising purpose described above. You can stop personalized advertising on Android via Settings → Privacy → Ads, where you can delete the Advertising ID or opt out of personalization. See Google’s policies in Section 7.

4-3. Crash & diagnostic data

We do not embed a dedicated crash-reporting tool (such as Firebase Crashlytics) in our apps. However, through standard Android OS and Google Play features, technical information about a crash or ANR (device type, OS version, app state at the time, etc.) may be sent to Google from the devices of users who have opted in to sharing diagnostics, and may be available to us in aggregated form in the Google Play Console. This is used only to identify and fix problems and to improve quality. See Google’s privacy policy in Section 7.

4-4. Analytics

We do not embed usage-analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics) in our apps.

5The apps — per app

Sports Timer

• Displays ads (AdMob).
• Built with the Unity engine; Unity Technologies may collect device identifiers in connection with Unity features and ads.

Spin & Win Roulette

• Displays ads (AdMob).
• Offers a paid in-app purchase to remove ads. Payment is processed by Google Play Billing; DoF Soft does not receive or store your payment details.
• Photos attached to prizes are stored only on your device (see 4-1).

Umpire Counter

• An app for baseball/softball umpires to display and operate ball, strike, out and score counts. Counts you enter are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers.
• Displays ads (AdMob).
• No in-app purchases.

Sync Checker (シンクロチェッカー)

• An app for dance, cheerleading, yosakoi and similar teams practicing synchronized movement. It analyzes a recorded or imported video and calculates a “sync score” from variations in the performers’ movements.
• Uses the camera to record performances, the microphone to record audio during filming, and access to your photo/video library to import existing videos. These are used only to provide the app’s features; the captured video/audio is never sent externally.
• Recorded/imported videos, analysis results, and routine titles/dates are stored only on your device (see 4-1). Deleting a routine permanently removes its video and analysis results from your device.
• On first launch, the app downloads a pose-estimation AI model (TensorFlow.js / MoveNet) over the internet. This is a generic machine-learning model file and contains no information that identifies you. The app does not otherwise communicate with external servers.
• Displays ads (AdMob).
• No in-app purchases.

6Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose collected personal information to third parties except:

• with your consent;
• where required by law;
• where necessary to protect someone’s life, body or property and consent is difficult to obtain.

We entrust processing to the third parties named in Sections 4 and 5 (advertising, analytics, distribution and payment providers) only to the extent needed to provide the Services. Those parties are obliged to handle the information solely for the entrusted purpose.

8Retention, deletion and disclosure requests

We do not retain personal information related to the Services on our own servers. Retention by third parties (advertising, analytics, etc.) is governed by their policies.

To request suspension of use, deletion or disclosure of information about you, contact takayanagi@dofsoft.com. After verifying your identity, we will respond promptly to the extent possible and as required by law. Data stored inside an app can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing it from your device settings.

9Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians with concerns may contact takayanagi@dofsoft.com.

11Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy in response to changes in law or in our services. For significant changes, the updated Policy will be posted on this page. Please check this page for the latest version.
